A glass fabric of a new generation!

The silicon coated fabric is one of the most professional non-combustible materials for textile architecture and industrial use.

The high flexibility and the aging resistant are very good reasons for these materials.

In the past, the silicone fabric had no chance to prevail high demaning in industrys due to the processability and the bad fire class.

GLASS SILICON A2 has been chemically and physically redesigned from the ground up. The glass fabric is almost as insensitive as a tarpaulin.The material is ideally suited for the wide range of applications in industry and architecture.

The coating can be supplied colored or transparent.Especially in the transparent version, the viewer sees a naturally diffused light. This material is available with or without top coat. If you want to design your own fabric, you can also digitally print a silicone fabric for the first time! Now individual designsnon-combustible fabric used as a tarpin a container are possible in small and large quantities.

GLASS SILICON A2 is:

– up to 320 cm fabric width

– individualizable with the digital printing methods: UV printing

– non-flammable, tested according to EN 13501-1, A2 -s1, d0

– dirt repellent

– resistant to aging

– dust- and waterproof

– insensitive

– resistant to selected disinfectants

– has very good rolling properties

– protection from sun and rain

– can be backlit and illuminated

– can be sewn, welded or glued

 

 

The application areas are indoor and outdoor:
